Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across most of India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru) typically receive orders within 2–4 days. Remote and rural areas may take up to 7–10 days.

You can check estimated delivery dates on each product page before placing an order, and track your shipment in real time from Your Orders.

Go to Your Orders, find the order, and click "Track Package". You'll see the live courier status and estimated arrival date.

You'll also receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Yes! Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Go to Your Orders, click "Cancel Order" next to the relevant item, and select a reason.

If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it — but you can initiate a Return & Refund once it arrives.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

To start a return: Your Orders → Select the order → Click "Return / Refund". Our team will schedule a pickup within 2 business days.

Exceptions: Personal care, food, and customised products are non-returnable. Digital goods once downloaded cannot be refunded.

Refunds are processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
Net Banking: 3–5 business days
COD Refund: Credited to your Zenium Wallet within 24 hours, or to your bank account within 5–7 days.

We accept the following secure payment methods:

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM)
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for orders up to ₹10,000
• EMI — on select credit cards for orders above ₹2,000
• Zenium Wallet

This sometimes happens due to a network interruption during checkout. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded within 24–48 hours.

If you don't receive a refund within 3 business days, please contact our support team with your transaction ID, date, and amount and we'll resolve it promptly.

On the Sign In page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address or mobile number, and we'll send you a reset link or OTP.

If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone, please contact support for identity verification and manual reset.

You can manage your saved addresses from Your Addresses under Account settings.

To change the address on an existing order: this is only possible before the order is dispatched. Go to Your Orders, open the order, and click "Change Delivery Address" if the option is available. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Register as a seller at seller.zenium.shop . You'll need your GSTIN, bank account details, and product information.

Once verified, you can list products, manage inventory, and track payouts all from the Seller Dashboard.
